I was never a picky eater. I love to cook, I love to eat and was taught early on that good food is food that is prepared with love and an intent to make someone happy. I was trained as a chef at the Stratford Chefs School, the most intense yet rewarding two years of my life. I have a day job, that I like… I live in a small town in a big old house that needs more work and money than we will ever have. I am incredibly grateful to have many children in my life all of whom belong to other people, yet almost every day show me the way. We have four cats and one neurotic dog who have taught me patience and compassion. And finally, where would I be without my own IT guy, DJR?
